Eat Gourmet The Low-FODMAP Way

Foodicine Health, Celebrity Chef Ming Tsai, and Registered Dietitian Kate Scarlata, co-author of “The Low-FODMAP Diet:Step By Step”, will hold a fun, unprecedented cooking demonstration on the Low-FODMAP diet-the prescribed diet that reduces the symptoms of IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and other “tummy troubles”.  The event, titled “Eat Gourmet The Low-FODMAP Way”, is a continuation of Foodicine Health’s “Yes, You Can Eat!” educational series, and is designed to teach participants that they can still eat fabulous food while staying on the low-FODMAP diet and reducing or eliminating their symptoms.  The event is sponsored by Fody Foods, leading provider of gut-friendly, low-FODMAP certified foods, and will include tastings of the demonstrated dishes and Fody snacks to take home.
