This video is actually a “sizzle”, or short (3-5 minute) television pilot which was made by Diamond Designs, LLC for the proposed television series, “Foodicine”.  The sizzle focuses on a patient who is newly diagnosed with Celiac Disease, the lifestyle and dietary issues that the patient faces as a result of the diagnosis and the new diet that she is required to follow, and the encouragement and recipe prescriptions that Chef Sara Moulton provides to help the patient  learn that she can still eat delicious, gourmet food.  Enjoy!!
